What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product line and configuration. For standard OEM products, MOQ typically starts at 50 units per SKU. ODM projects based on our existing platforms may have lower MOQ thresholds. Contact us to discuss your specific volume requirements.
Can you manufacture products under our brand name?
Yes. OEM private-label manufacturing is one of our core services. We handle packaging, labeling, tag design, and documentation customization — all under your brand identity.
Can you develop a new product based on our concept?
Yes, this is our ODM capability. If you have a concept brief, sketch, or reference product, our engineering team will assess feasibility, provide a development proposal, and manage the full design-to-production process.
Do your products meet North American and European safety standards?
Our products are designed and tested to meet ASTM F1625 (USA) and EN 15918 (Europe) standards. We can provide full test reports and assist with third-party certification for your specific market entry requirements.
How long does the sample development process take?
Standard factory samples from existing tooling are typically ready within 10–15 business days after order confirmation. New tooling or ODM development projects require a more detailed timeline assessment during the proposal phase.
Where are you located and how do we arrange a factory visit?
Our manufacturing facility is in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province — approximately 2 hours from Ningbo Port and 1.5 hours from Shanghai Pudong Airport. Factory visits are welcome by appointment. Please use the inquiry form below to arrange.
When can my order be shipped and delivered?
Lead time depends on your order quantity and product configuration. In general:
Standard or in-stock items are typically ready to ship within 15 business days. For OEM custom orders, plan for approximately 30 business days — covering both production and outbound logistics coordination. ODM projects involve a more detailed scoping process, so lead time will be confirmed individually once your requirements are reviewed.
Before any contract is signed, we confirm your production schedule and estimated sea freight arrival date upfront — so you can plan with certainty before production ever begins.
